KEY BRIDGE | Eric Johnson | August 1 - September 10, 2023

In KEY BRIDGE, a new fine art photography exhibition at Multiple Exposures Gallery, photographer Eric Johnson explores the iconic Francis Scott Key Bridge that has spanned the Potomac River between Georgetown and Rosslyn, Virginia, for just over a century. Some see the bridge as an inconvenient bottleneck in their daily commute, some make it part of their daily running or biking route, and for others, it is simply a backdrop to relaxing time in the parks along the Georgetown waterfront. The exhibition photographs were made over the last seven years in different weather and different seasons, and capture Johnson’s impressions of the bridge itself, the people using it, and the environment around it.
