Sarah Salomon Joins MEG

March 5, 2017

Multiple Exposures Gallery (MEG), which is located in the Torpedo Factory in Old Town, Alexandria, is pleased to announce a new member of their cooperative gallery, Sarah Hood Salomon.

Sarah is an award-winning photographer in the Washington DC- area who has published and exhibited widely.   Her commercial and editorial work has been well-established for many years in the DC and Boston regions, but in recent years she has focused largely on fine-art photography.   In 2017, her submission to MEG’s Photo16 exhibition won the Gallery Pick award as best in show. She is part of a soon-to-be installed group exhibit at the Baltimore International Airport.

Sarah said that “Multiple Exposures Gallery, is one of the premier cooperative galleries on the East Coast.  Being asked to join is a real honor.  I feel it is a logical next step in my career, as it will be an opportunity to show my work in an expanded marketplace.”  Sarah continued, “I have watched this diverse fellowship for a while, and am confident that my work will make solid contribution.”

Multiple Exposures Gallery has 15 members, each of whom have work available at the gallery, as well as ongoing solo, two-person, and group shows.  The gallery has been at the Torpedo Factory since 1985.
